Refunds: We do not provide refunds. Your items are made to measure and therefore cannot be used anywhere else and orders cannot be cancelled.

​

Lead times: While we work extremely quick and our estimated lead times are correct at the time of conversation - please understand there are some things that are out of our control so there may be delays, our lead times are approximated and subject to change.

​

Installation: Please keep the area of installation clear for our fitters, as this will make it easier to carry out the work. If something gets damaged we are not liable to replace or pay for it.

​

Please provide parking if available, parking fees exceeding £10 will be added to the final bill, as would congestion fees (to be agreed beforehand).

​

Please also allow for a 2 hour window of arrival, due to the nature of work our fitters may be delayed from the previous job.

​

If you would like the fitter to install additional items of your own, this would need to be arranged beforehand with the sales team.

​

Waste Disposal: Whilst we take all of our packaging back with us for recycling, we do not as standard take your old blinds and curtains, as they would need to go to the dump. It would need to be agreed on beforehand, or depending on van load the fitter may agree to take them in his/her own time to the dump. Generally a £50 fee would apply for a small amount, and £100 for a large amount, but ultimately it is the decision of the fitter.

Fabrics: Due to the nature of some fabrics, especially natural fabrics, some creasing may occur. Also changing of size can happen with temperature/humidity fluctuations.

Due to fabric roll widths (usually 137cm in the UK), curtains and roman blinds often need to be joined. If visible joins are an issue, this would need to be addressed before placing your order.

​

Large blinds, zip blind products and rooflight blinds: Due to the nature of these kinds of blinds - some rippling and sagging etc. may occur. This is normal and characteristic of these types of blinds.

​

Plantation shutters: Being a handcrafted product, minor imperfections not readily apparent at a distance of 1m under ordinary light will not be accepted as defects.

​

Any defective good must be notified within 24 hours of being installed.

​

All goods remain property of THEBESPOKEBLINDSCOMPANY LTD until full payment has been made.
