By confirming and proceeding with our quotes, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which are stated below.
Our terms and conditions:
Lead times: while we work extremely quick and our estimated lead times are correct at the time of conversation - please understand there are some things that are out of our control so there may be delays.
Installation: please keep the area of installation clear for our fitters, as this will make it easier to carry out the work. If something gets damaged we are not liable to replace or pay for it.
Please provide parking if available, parking fees exceeding £10 will be added to the final bill, as would congestion fees (to be agreed beforehand).
Please also allow for a 2 hour window of arrival, due to the nature of work our fitters may be delayed from the previous job.
If you would like the fitter to install additional items of your own, this would need to be arranged beforehand with the sales team.
Waste Disposal: whilst we take all of our packaging back with us for recycling, we do not as standard take your old blinds and curtains, as they would need to go to the dump. It would need to be agreed on beforehand, or depending on van load the fitter may agree to take them in his/her own time to the dump. Generally a £50 fee would apply for a small amount, and £100 for a large amount, but ultimately it is the decision of the fitter.
Fabrics: due to the nature of some fabrics, especially natural fabrics, some creasing may occur. Also changing of size can happen with temperature/humidity fluctuations.
Large blinds, zip blind products and rooflight blinds: due to the nature of these kinds of blinds - some rippling and sagging etc. may occur. This is normal and characteristic of these types of blinds.
